General Questions:
How can I pay my bill?
You have several methods of payment. You may pay your bill at our bill payment stations at our offices, by mail, or even using the SmartHub app. Bills may be paid using cash, check, or money order. Bills can also be paid using a bank draft or an automatically recurring credit card authorization. We understand that from time to time there may be circumstances which cause a temporary problem with your finances. Our Member Service Advisors will be happy to assist you if you are unable to pay your bill on time.
What is an automatic bank draft or credit card authorization?
With your permission, your monthly electric bill will automatically draft from your checking account or be charged to your credit card. It's a convenient way to pay for Members who do not want to write and mail a check every month.
What is a Co-op?
Co-op is short for Cooperative and means that the utility is owned by you, its members. Our rates are set by our members through a board of directors elected from and by the membership. Since we are non-profit, any margin above operating cost is refunded back the members.
What is Touchstone Energy?

Touchstone Energy co-ops are dedicated and invested community members committed to providing high quality and responsive utility service. What is the Average Payment Plan?
If fluctuating or seasonal high bills cause you problems, our Average Payment Plan may be right for you. You can bring your higher bills down and you lower bills up so that you pay approximately the same amount each month. This is done by averaging your electric bills over the most recent twelve months.

Tree Trimming
Tree trimming and removal is an important maintenance program offered by Concho Valley Electric. Overhanging branches too close to power lines can create hazardous conditions and cause power interruptions, especially during severe weather.
Help us maintain the right-of-way and decrease the chance of outages caused by broken limbs by reporting trees on your property that are either near or touching the co-op’s lines. Call our office or click here to request tree trimming services.
