Concho Valley Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy® cooperative, is proud to be an integral part of the communities we serve. That’s why we provide the Co-op Connections, a program that helps you receive discounts on products and services from participating local and national businesses. Whether you're shopping locally, making online purchases, booking a dream vacation, filling prescriptions to care for your loved ones or just want to grab a bite to eat, we've got you covered with some great deals!
What is the Co-op Connections Program?
Co-op Connections offers cooperative members more than 24,000 local and national deals on products and services.

Free to all members
CVEC members are enrolled in the Co-op Connections program for free, there are no hidden or annual fees. In addition to local businesses, Touchstone Energy secures discounts from a variety of national businesses and chains, such as rental car companies and hotels.
How do I sign up?
- Visit www.connections.coop or download the Co-op Connections app on your mobile device.
- Create your free account.
- Select our cooperative, Concho Valley Electric Cooperative.
How do I get a card?
The Co-op Connections program has evolved over the years so that we no longer distribute cards. Now, the Co-op Connections app provides the same discounts and savings but in a more user-friendly smartphone app. The app provides a virtual card (front and back) to present at participating businesses. You can also use your phone's GPS feature to find businesses that accept the card if any are nearby. Identify your favorite discount deals and save them in "My Deals" for easy access.
If a plastic card is preferred to the app, please contact our office and we will mail one.

This plan is not insurance; it is a benefit discount offer. The card provides immediate discounts at the participating provider of your choice. Upon presenting your card, you will pay the discounted price at the time of service.
There is no paperwork and no limit to the number of times you can use the card. These discounts are available only at participating providers.
No, your card cannot be used in conjunction with insurance. However, use your card for products and services not covered by your insurance plans and receive a discounted rate.

Yes, if you know the name, strength and quantity of the medication, you can find the discounted price of the medication by visiting wwww.RxPriceQuotes.com. You will receive the best price available to you through this program. On occasion, pharmacies will price a particular medication lower than the discount rate provided by the card. If that occurs, you will receive the lower price. Drug prices are different pharmacy to pharmacy. Even chains have different prices in their stores, depending on the population they are servicing. Additionally, manufacturers' drug prices change periodically.
There are thousands of prescription discount plans in the U.S. Co-op Connections may not be recognized by the pharmacy at first. When the pharmacist sees the pharmacy benefit manager information on the back of the card, they will understand which program you are a part of.
If using the card for dental services, please mention the Humana Dental Access Program.
You may use the Co-op Connections Card during your deductible period or the coverage gap("doughnut hole" of Medicare Part D). In some cases, a network pharmacy may accept the Co-op Connections Card or offer another cash price discount so you can pay less for a prescription than your plan's negotiated price. This is considered a one-time "lower cash" or special price. If you are able to get a cash discount and pay an amount that's lower than your plan's price, you must send your receipt to your Medicare drug plan. This ensures your plan counts the amount you paid toward your out-of-pocket costs.
The Co-op Connections Card has added a Medicare comparison service called Healthy Savings Medicare Assistant. This new service allows members to consult with licensed Medicare agents who will help them choose the best plan for their individual needs. This service can help turn complex Medicare issues into simple ones.
Everyone in your family can use the program. You can download the digital card through the Co-op Connections app on your phone and share that with your family members. Then just show the saved card on your phone to your provider, it’s that easy.
