Average Payment Plan
The typical family uses more electricity during some months than is used during other months, resulting in higher electric service bills in these higher usage months. If fluctuating or seasonal high bills cause you problems, our Budget Billing program may be right for you. You can bring your higher bills down and your lower bills up so that you pay approximately the same amount each month. This is done by averaging your electric bills over the most recent 12 months.
