Hoelscher Retires After 3 Decades of Service
Frank Hoelscher has retired from the Concho Valley Electric Cooperative Board of Directors after more than 32 years of dedicated service. Hoelscher, who initially served on the board in 1974–1975, was reelected to the board in July 1989 and remained a director until his retirement in October 2021. Hoelscher served as president of the board from January 1997 to August 2004. A resident of Lake Nasworthy, Hoelscher represented District Area 5A.
Prior to his second tenure on the board, Hoelscher retired from the Santa Fe Railway Company after 31 years as a clerk agent.
Hoelscher attended training through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, earning Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership certificates and the Director Gold credential to stay abreast of the continually changing electric industry.
