Concho Valley Electric Cooperative members have been utilizing the SmartHub application for years to manage their accounts. Through the app or the web, members can make payments, sign up for autopay and/or paperless billing, view usage, and report outages.
Starting on February 9, 2024; members will be able to experience the newly redesigned SmartHub. Members will see a new, cleaner home page on the web for easier navigation. The redesign now offers a better user-friendly experience by focusing on the important features. The SmartHub mobile app will remain unchanged.
