COVID-19 Update

March 18, 2020 

Out of an abundance of caution for the well-being of our members and employees, CVEC will temporarily close our lobby to members and visitors starting Wednesday, March 18th.

We encourage our members to use SmartHub to manage your account, view and pay bills, receive important notices, see your energy trends and even report outages. SmartHub is available through the CVEC website (https://cvec.coop/content/my-account) and as a mobile app through the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play Marketplace (Android devices).

CVEC will maintain normal phone hours. Members can call the office at 325-655-6957, Monday – Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to speak with a member service representative. For after hour needs, the automated voice messaging system will still be in place. Members can also utilize the office drop box or mail payments to P.O. Box 3388, San Angelo, TX 76902-3388.

If you experience a service interruption, or have questions, please call 325-655-6957 or report the outage via the CVEC website or SmartHub app. Our linemen will continue to respond to outages 24/7 as they arise.

As reports of the Coronavirus continue, CVEC is monitoring the threat and discussing plans to help protect you and maintain our critical business operations. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unique time.
